Δελτίο Τύπου (Ελληνικά)
Με επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε την Τρίτη 2 Δεκεμβρίου, στο Δημαρχείο Λαιμού, η εναρκτήρια συνάντηση (Kick-off Meeting) του διασυνοριακού έργου CARED – Circular Agriculture for Rural Economic Development, το οποίο υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Interreg VI-A IPA Πρόγραμμα Ελλάδα – Βόρεια Μακεδονία 2021-2027 και συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.
Το έργο CARED στοχεύει στην προώθηση της κυκλικής και αποδοτικής χρήσης των πόρων στη γεωργία, ενισχύοντας παράλληλα την αγροτική οικονομία των διασυνοριακών περιοχών.
Στη συνάντηση συμμετείχαν όλοι οι εταίροι του έργου, με επικεφαλής δικαιούχο τη ΔΙΑΔΥΜΑ Α.Ε., καθώς και εκπρόσωποι των Δήμων Prespa και Resen και του οργανισμού Proleter.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης παρουσιάστηκαν αναλυτικά οι δράσεις που θα πραγματοποιηθούν για την ανάπτυξη των ολοκληρωμένων συστημάτων διαχείρισης γεωργικών αποβλήτων στη διασυνοριακή περιοχή, καθώς και οι δράσεις που θα ενταχθούν στις αρχές του Νέου Ευρωπαϊκού Bauhaus.
Το έργο CARED φιλοδοξεί να αποτελέσει ένα καλό παράδειγμα διασυνοριακής συνεργασίας, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βιώσιμη αγροτική ανάπτυξη και στην ενίσχυση της κυκλικής οικονομίας στις περιοχές παρέμβασης.

Kick-off Meeting of the CARED Project – Circular Agriculture for Rural Economic Development
The kick-off meeting of the cross-border project CARED – Circular Agriculture for Rural Economic Development was successfully held on Tuesday, December 2nd, at the Town Hall of Lemos. The project is implemented under the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Greece- North Macedonia 2021-2027 and co-funded by the European Union.
The CARED project aims to promote circular and efficient resource use in agriculture while strengthening the rural economy of cross-border areas.
All project partners participated in the meeting, led by the lead beneficiary DIADYMA S.A., along with representatives from the Municipalities of Prespes and Resen, and the organization Proleter.
During the meeting, detailed actions were presented for the development of integrated agricultural waste management systems in the cross-border region, as well as initiatives aligned with the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
The CARED project aspires to become a best practice example of cross-border cooperation, contributing significantly to sustainable rural development and the enhancement of the circular economy in the intervention areas.
